Big Telly

J won the battle to bring a massive new TV into our lives. There really was nothing wrong with the one we had. At least I managed to talk him down from a 42 inch to a 37 inch. Having said that, watching Brad Pitt on this baby last Sunday night wasn't at all bad. I may just get used to it.

Full House

We had a full house this weekend and we got a welcome opportunity to get to know J's niece which was great for us all. A couple of early nights this week and we should recover nicely in time for our trip to Glasgow this weekend. Because of a rescheduled flight, our flight home on Sunday is now at 7am. Before this change it was 9pm and I was promised a trip to Ikea on Sunday. Do you think someone would go as far as to organise this flight change so they wouldn't have to go to Ikea??

Schmap Scotland

Somebody out there somewhere liked one of my photos of the Burrell Collection in Glasgow and they've included it in the latest online edition of Schmap guide to Scotland. Needless to say I am delighted. Lugging that camera around may just pay off yet.
